clarkecountylogo.gifThe Clarke County Development Foundation is a 17-member volunteer organization comprised of business and community leaders who seek to promote cohesiveness of the county and link to efforts of local Chambers of Commerce and Regional, County and City Economic Developers. 
The Clarke County Development Foundation is a 501C3 non-profit organization that serves as an umbrella for other county initiatives including: 
  • Leadership Clarke County
  • Clarke County Parks and Recreation Board
  • Clarke County Citizens Against Litter Committee
  • HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters)
  • Clarke County Wireless 
  • Development Board of Clarke County
  • Literacy Coalition of Clarke County
  • Clarke County Tourism Board
  • HIghway 84 (El Camino Corridor) and Highway 43
The Clarke County Development Foundation was incorporated on August 8, 2003.
