Southwest Alabama Tourism and Film Office
Eleven counties in Southwest Alabama make up the Tourism and Film Office organization with Clarke County being one of those counties. The current tourism effort originated at the University of Alabama in the Economic Development office and is headed up by Nisa Miranda with Linda Vice of Thomasville leading the day-to-day activities. Linda partners with many organizations, such as our Foundation, to identify, enhance, develop and promote arts, crafts, food ways, music, literature, historical and other local points of interests in the 11 counties she serves.
